These terms govern your use of ActionOS. By creating an account you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Subscription & Refund Policy.

The service

ActionOS converts goals into paths, actions, focus sessions, and optional accountability. It is a tool to support your execution — it does not act on your behalf and does not guarantee outcomes.

No guaranteed results

We do not promise any physical, financial, professional, educational, or personal outcome. Expert Paths and ActionOS Originals describe what they help you work toward, not a guaranteed result.

Your account

• You are responsible for the security of your account and the content you create.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• Do not misuse the service, infringe others’ rights, or upload unlawful content.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of your billing period. Subscription fees are separate from Expert Path purchases and any commitment stake.

Commitments

Non-financial commitments are available on paid plans. Monetary commitments, where offered, require separate, explicit consent and are governed by the commitment terms. A subscription never authorizes a failure charge by itself.

Changes

We may update these terms; we will give reasonable notice of material changes.
