Subscription & Refund Policy

Trials

New users get a 14-day ActionOS Pro trial with no payment card required. When the trial ends, your account automatically moves to the Free plan unless you choose to subscribe. No monetary commitment or cash stake is active during a trial.

Billing

Paid plans (Pro and Commit) are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your settings and retain access until the end of the current period.

Refunds

• Annual plans: request a refund within 14 days of a charge for a full refund if you have not made substantial use of paid features.
• Monthly plans: cancel anytime; the current month is generally non-refundable but you keep access until it ends.
• Billing errors are always corrected.

Expert Paths

Paid Expert Paths are separate purchases with their own refund conditions shown on each path. Refund eligibility typically depends on how much of the path you have completed.

Commitment stakes

Commitment stakes are not subscription fees and are handled separately. Monetary commitments include a cooling-off period before they start, a maximum loss limit, clear evidence and dispute rules, and protection against charges caused by service outages. You must explicitly confirm all rules before a commitment begins.
