ActionOS helps you turn goals into action. Your goals are personal, and we treat them that way. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the controls you have.

What we collect

• Account information — your name, email, and authentication details.
• Goals, paths, and actions — the content you create or generate in ActionOS.
• Usage signals — how you interact with the product, to improve it.
• Billing information — handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card details.

How we use it

• To generate and adapt your paths and recommend your next action.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.
• To communicate essential account, billing, and lifecycle messages.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal goal data.
• We do not use your private content for unrelated advertising.
• We do not train external models on your private content without your explicit permission.

Sharing is opt-in

Goals are private by default. Accountability partners and referees see only what you explicitly choose to share. You can change or revoke sharing at any time.

Your controls

• Export your data at any time.
• Delete your account and associated data.
• Manage notifications and sharing from your settings.
